Congratulations to North York United on winning XTSC's Summer 2009 Tournament!

Like all great Champions, North York Unitedhad a very tough road to the Finals beating strong teams like Fo'Shizzle, MDV United, and WILO Warriors FC - before disposing the #1 ranked team in the Tournament Drunken Samba in the Semis via the shootout. They then went on to beat Ghetto Pack in the Finals to secure the Tournament Championship.

The two finalists were both first time teams in XTSC and shows that the quality of play in XTSC is stronger than ever! North York United will certainly be back again and will be looking to repeat as Champions in the coming seasons. Not only did they demonstrate great talent, speed and endurance on the field.. but were also a classy team off the field.. and if they stay together, are likely to win a few more of these league-wide Tournaments!
