XTSC offers youth soccer for everyday players. First and foremost, the purpose is to enjoy the sport, exercise, learn skills and have fun!

XTSC Representatives and volunteers

This program could not exist without our XTSC representatives, coaches and volunteers. Please respect their instructions and calls during the trainings, games and clinics. If you would like to provide feedback, please do so before or after the game/training/clinic. Any verbal abuse or aggression to any of our staff members or volunteers will result in immediate action from the league.
XTSC endeavours to provide a league representative for each and every game we host. Unfortunately, due to unavoidable emergency circumstances, occasionally a representative is not able to reach their assigned game. If that is the case, we will try reschedule the game/training/clinic. XTSC is not responsible for and does not endorse any activities or choices members make while representatives are not present.


Please treat the facilities we use with respect. Make sure you clean up any water bottles, snacks, wrappings and anything else you have brought to the field. We can lose our permit if we don't clean up our fields!

There is a washroom available at Sunnybrook park. There are no washrooms at other facilities.


Please remember that in any sport injuries unfortunately can happen. XTSC cannot be held responsible for the cost of treatment or recovery for any injuries that result from playing sports or being present in an area where sports are being played. If your child has any pre-existing conditions (such as heart conditions or severe asthma) please consult a physician before playing. Slide tackles are prohibited during our youth games.


All jewellery has to be taken off before entering the soccer field. If your child has a cast or any other medical device, please inform one of the staff members. They will determine if the device is safe to play with. Hard casts are prohibited from all soccer activities.


Your child is officialy registered once you sign the waiver agreement. A child won't be allowed to play if we have not received the signed waiver.

Game Cancellations

If a game/training/clinic gets cancelled, we will contact you. We will try to inform you regarding cancellations 6 to 12 hours before the start of any soccer activity. We will continue playing when it's raining or when it starts to rain. The only time games/trainings/clinics will get cancelled is when the field is unplayable (ball doesn't roll anymore due to water on the field) or if there is lightning. For lightning, the 30/30 rule applies (If it takes less than 30 seconds to hear thunder after seeing the flash, lightning is near enough to pose a threat; after the storm ends, wait 30 minutes before resuming outdoor activities).

Payment Policy

Registration fees must be paid on the website using Visa or Mastercard or with debit/cash at the office (appointment is required). Applications for registrations that are placed without a payment being made are not considered to be finalized and therefore will not be placed in the system or allowed to play until payment is made via the website.

Refund Policy

  • Full credit will be given for cancellations that take place at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the season, less an $35 administration fee.
  • Any cancellation less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the season will result in a 50% refund.
  • Following the beginning of the season, no refund will be given.
  • Refunds are not given to individuals or teams ejected from the league for any reason, irregardless of when in their membership term they are ejected.
  • Refunds are not given when the league is unable to fulfill special requests regarding location or time slot.
  • Refunds are not given when the league is unable to create rosters within a certain age range.
  • Refunds are not given for location when it is within the described region.
  • Refunds are credited back to the credit card used at time of purchase.

Unsportsmanlike Conduct

Unsportsmanlike conduct from players and/or spectators will not be tolerated. Anyone whose behaviour intereferes with the enjoyment of others and the staff will be at risk of being ejected from the club. If you are witness or subject to unsportsmanlike conduct, please file a report and send it to The league will investigate the complaint and take appropriate measures.
